Warranties

The Buffet Crampon Group is committed to ensuring that all musical instruments sold by the Buffet Crampon Group (raw materials and manufacturing processes) undergo rigorous inspection before leaving the factory. Buffet Crampon Group provides lifetime maintenance and repair services for all of its woodwinds under the following terms and conditions.

Buffet Crampon Group provides a warranty for all student and professional grade products sold by Buffet Crampon Group for a period of one year from the date of sale (Note: based on our sales invoice and activated on Buffet Crampon's official public number after the dealer has sold the instrument.) Provide warranty service free of labor cost. For cross-border purchases or products sold by non-mainland dealers, the Company only provides repair services (not free of charge) and does not provide joint warranty services.

For the Green Line series products sold by our company, due to changes in the material of the instrument body caused by the use of maintenance methods also have some changes, customers need to call our company in advance to learn more about the use of details, or consult the local dealer. If the instrument body is damaged due to improper use (e.g. breakage caused by external force), it will not be entitled to our free warranty service. 

1. Free items within the one-year warranty period.
(1)Adjustment, debugging, repairing cracks, cutting service, general cleaning and all possible maintenance needs.
(2)One complimentary maintenance service
(3)If the instrument's tube body cracks to an unrepairable degree or seriously affects the playing effect, Buffet Crampon Group will provide a free customized replacement of the tube body (upper and lower sections are counted as one each); we have the final right to interpret the replacement standard and subject to the written report issued by Buffet Crampon Group's after-sales technician.

2. Outside the warranty period and charges
(I), Buffet Crampon Group in the customer is willing to pay the cost of pipe system and the cost of transportation costs incurred under the premise of providing replacement services, Buffet Crampon Group will be based on the original code of the musical instrument in the Buffet Crampon Group factory customized as is, the order cycle of 3-6 months, the specific circumstances of the actual customization to the date of arrival shall prevail.
(2) Charges (replacement parts will be charged outside the warranty period). The specific cost of consulting Buffet Crampon Group after-sales maintenance charges. 
a. Due to force majeure or environmental factors leading to irreparable damage caused by the instrument and the cost of playing replacement parts (accessories, buttons, finger rests, upper and lower joints, etc.) Ordering period is the same as above.
b. In the non-Buffet Crampon Group regular authorized repair, resulting in product damage to the instrument.

3. Buffet Crampon Group for the products sold, the implementation of the regional matching maintenance approach, the company authorized agents at all levels are also authorized to deal with local after-sales warranty matters. In order to maximize the protection of customer rights and interests, please read carefully the warranty card and maintenance manual enclosed in the box before using the instrument, good use and maintenance habits will always keep your instrument in good condition and in the best playing condition, to provide maximum support for your successful performance.
