Ting-Yi Chuang

Ting-Yi Chuang, born in Taipei, he obtained his Master’s degree at the Taipei National University of the Art, studying under Prof Rong-Yi Liu. He won First Price and participate in TNUA Emerging Young Artists Concert in 2018. As a member of the Asia youth Orchestra in 2014. In addition to classical performances, he also participates in pop music production and performances. He has served as a musician at the Golden Bell and Golden Melody Awards ceremonies, and participated in many albums and film music recordings.

He has played as a principal oboe player with the Taipei Philharmonic Ochestra, Taipei Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, Long-Tan Philharmonic Orchestra, Lan-Yang Symphony Orchestra, Wind Sound Ensemble .

He was invited to give the lecture in universities and music high schools in Taiwan. Since 2023, Ting-Yi plays on the “Virtuose” oboe, by the French brand Buffet Crampon.
