Solo clarinet at Teatro La Fenice

Graduating with honors in clarinet at the Conservatory "V. Bellini" in Palermo with M° Di Noto, Vincenzo Paci then deepened and broadened his instrumental training by following the teachings of V. Mariozzi, A. Marriner and Sabine Meyer, who emphasized his technical qualities and musical expressiveness.
First clarinet in the Orchestra Giovanile Italiana, he has played several tours in Italy and Europe, making recordings for RAI, Hungarian radio and the Union of European Radios. He has been eligible for the role of first clarinet with the orchestras of Teatro Regio in Turin, Arena di Verona, Orchestra des Jeunes de la Méditerranée, E.U.Y.O. European Union Youth Orchestra and has collaborated with the Orchestre National de France in Paris, Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome, Solisti Veneti, Radio Svizzera Italiana in Lugano,Teatro Verdi in Trieste, Teatro Bellini in Catania, Teatro Massimo in Palermo.
Since 1997 he has been first clarinet in the Orchestra of the Teatro "La Fenice" in Venice, with which he had his debut as soloist within the symphonic seasons of the Venetian theater performing the sinfonia concertante by W. A. Mozart, La Première Rhapsodie by Debussy and in the Italian premiere performance "Gli amori di Teolinda" by G. Meyerbeer.
He has performed under the baton of Lorin Maazel, Kurt Masur, George Pretre, Yuri Temirkanov, Myung Whun Chung, Valery Gergiev, John Eliot Gardiner, Dmitrij Kitajenko, Carlo Maria Giulini, Riccardo Muti, Daniele Gatti, Salvatore Accardo, Luciano Berio. He was invited by Sabine Meyer to participate in the 6th. Lubecker Klarinettennacht, where he was highly appreciated by audiences and critics.
To his intense concert activity in solo recitals and with the group "I Virtuosi della Fenice," he flanks his teaching role in numerous Master Classes. He recorded for Radio 3 Rai, for Sky Classica and for Dynamic the concerto K 622 for Clarinet and Orchestra by W.A.Mozart, reconstructed version for Clarinet by Bassetto, performed on April 2, 2011 at the Teatro la Fenice in Venice.
The year 2012 was marked by the publication with Dynamic, of the reconstructed version for Bassetto Clarinet, of W.A.Mozart's Quintet KV 581 together with the friends of the Quartetto D'Archi of the Teatro La Fenice in Venice. He recorded for Vermeer digital the two Brahms Sonatas op.120 and Berg's 4 Pieces op.5.
